Magical Beans Home reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. UNDELIVERABLE or INCORRECT ADDRESS:
Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Magical Beans Home will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES: In the event of loss we will assist buyers through the USPS & 3rd party insurance where applicable for lost or stolen items. Please contact Magical Beans Home as soon as possible. Orders marked "delivered" by any shipping service, such as USPS, UPS, etc are not eligible for refund per FTC rules and regulations. However, we are happy to assist you. Please note: All buyers will be required to file a report with their local police department and the United States Postal Service. This will help us, as well as you & your community. Please comply with any requests by the USPS, 3rd Party Insurance, and Magical Beans Home in resolving matters on lost/stolen packages including but not limited to research, affidavits, photographs, investigations, police reports, etc.
International buyers: When ordering outside of the United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Magical Beans Home has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. These are the result of the country's government. Please contact them and/or your mail service for further information.
Customs, duties, and taxes are to be paid by the buyer: an order that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.

Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery. If you have any questions regarding your international order, please contact us.
RESTOCKING FEES: A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount of the refund in the form of store credit.
SHIPPING CHARGES: Magical Beans Home does not refund shipping charges nor do we cover return shipping charges. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
