REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: We are sorry for any inconvenience however due to the nature of our merchandise, Magical Beans Home does not issue refunds or exchanges to U.S. customers per FTC laws and regulations. Please look at photos, item descriptions & take note of measurements located in every product listing.
Contact us with any questions before purchasing as we are happy to assist you with your order. We understand there will always be exceptions to our policies which is why we urge you to communicate with us regarding your order. Any exceptions are decided on a case by case basis, dependent on circumstances surrounding the order. Shipping charges are to be paid by the buyer for exchanged items, items returned by the post office as undeliverable, incorrect address, etc. A 30% restocking fee may be applicable for returns, exchanges. Please note exceptions such as returns, exchanges, etc. where a product is not chosen or available a store credit be issued. Store credits may be used at any time, toward any merchandise. Store credits do not expire. A store credit does not, however, cover fees, shipping costs, or taxes levied by a state or country.
*Exceptions: Returns MUST be made & postmarked within 14 days of delivery. All returns require an RMA number from Magical Beans Home to be written on the outside of the return packaging. Those outside the 14 days or without an RMA number will not be eligible for refunds. We DO NOT accept returned packages without prior approval & an RMA number. Unauthorized returns are not eligible for refunds per FTC laws.

DEFECTIVE / MISREPRESENTED: If you receive a defective or grossly misrepresented product please contact us within *3 days of delivery* with details of the issue. We will discuss how to return the item(s) and issue an RMA number. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect the product(s) and notify you via message/email regarding our findings. If a replacement or refund is necessary we will promptly replace the product (or refund the purchase price where/when applicable). Magical Beans Home does not refund shipping costs.
DAMAGE: We ask you to contact us within 48 hours of delivery when damage has occurred. Please do not discard any packaging! We will instruct you on how to proceed. When damage has occurred through shipment, please comply with any requests by the USPS, 3rd Party Insurance and Magical Beans Home in resolving matters re lost/damaged shipments including, but not limited to, research, affidavits, photographs, investigations, etc.
UNDELIVERABLE or INCORRECT ADDRESS: Magical Beans Home cannot be held responsible for packages that are returned due to incorrectly addressed, undeliverable, or unclaimed status on an order. Re-Shipping is required when an order is returned to us. Buyers are responsible for all costs associated with re-shipping packages. We post to the address provided by the customer. Please ensure your address is correct while at checkout.
LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES: In the event of damage or loss we will assist buyers through the USPS & 3rd party insurance where applicable for lost or stolen items. Please contact Magical Beans Home as soon as possible. Orders marked "delivered" by any shipping service, such as USPS, are not eligible for refund per FTC rules & regulations. However, we are happy to assist you & in some cases replace or refund your order. All buyers will be required to file a report with their local police department and the United States Postal Service when an order is stolen. This will help us as well as you & your community. Please comply with any requests by the USPS, 3rd Party Insurance and Magical Beans Home in resolving matters on lost/stolen packages including but not limited to research, affidavits, photographs, investigations, police reports, etc.
International buyers: Currently, international shipping has been suspended. If you are outside the United States & are interested in making a purchase please use our contact form. Please submit the link to the item(s) you are wanting to purchase, the number of items & your shipping address. We can then give you a quote on shipping & handling, set up a custom listing for you to purchase, & once payment is submitted we can then ship your order. Any damage or apparent use of returned items WILL NOT be refunded.
RESTOCKING FEES: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
SHIPPING CHARGES: Magical Beans Home does not refund shipping charges nor do we cover return shipping charges. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
