How Do I Place an Order?

Find the item you want, select the quantity & then click the "BUY" button. When you've finished browsing & are ready to checkout, go to your shopping bag at the top of the screen & click "BASKET". Double check to ensure all the products & quantities are correct. Click "CHECKOUT" button to continue. You will be taken to a secure server where you will enter & confirm your billing, shipping & payment information. 

What If I Want to Buy a Larger Quantity than the website allows?
Almost all of our "Decorative Hardware" is available in larger quantities, which will require you contacting us s we may create a custom order just for you! Custom orders require payment in full before we place an order. We will gladly discuss this process with you. 

Unfortunately, "Vintage & Antique Hardware" is listed as it becomes available & is limited to the stock we have on hand. Since these types of hardware are finite the amount listed as "In Stock" is all we have available at that time. Please do check back often as we are constantly adding new, old hardware! 

How Do I See & Manage What is in My Shopping Bag?
Go to the top of the screen & click on "Basket". You may increase, reduce or delete items there.

What Forms of Payment Does Magical Beans Home Accept? 
We accept all major credit cards & PayPal. You do not need to register to use PayPal. They have guest services for your convenience. 

Is My Payment Secure?
Absolutely! Our website is hosted via Supadupa who has many safeguards in place so you can go from the beginning to end of your transaction with confidence. Look for the "Lock" icon & "Secure" in the address bar atop every page.

What About Buyer Protection in the Event of Loss, Breakage, or Theft?
If there is any problem with your order please contact us immediately! The sooner we are made aware of an issue, the faster we can find resolution. Please keep ALL shipping materials & products in the event of damage!  No matter how large or small the order, all are insured via a 3rd party service. When a package gets lost or a theft occurs, we ask for your patience as we go through steps (affidavits, photographs, police reports, etc.) with you to resolve any issue which may arise. Luckily, these events are very, rare. We do reserve the right to select the method (refund, replacement, etc.) in which you are made whole. 

Will I Be Charged Tax?
Local & state taxes vary from state to state. We do collect tax from Arkansas residents. Other states have recently enacted laws that require companies, both large & small to collect & remit taxes on the buyers behalf. Please contact us if you would like more information. 

Can I Place My Order by Phone?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer services via phone. We are a 2-3-person business & we do our best to keep costs as low as possible, which means communicating via email. We hope we will be able to expand our services soon which will include phone orders & direct customer service. 

I live Outside the United States, Do You Ship Internationally? 
At this time, we only ship to Canada & Australia through our website. However, if you live elsewhere & would like to make a purchase please contact us, we would be happy to make alternative arrangements so you too may enjoy MBH products & services. 

How Long Does It Take to Prepare My Order?
Currently due to heavy sales volume it takes approximately 3-5 business days to prepare an order. There will be times when processing takes longer or processing is much shorter. We will let you know if product processing ever goes beyond that of 3-5 business days. This time includes the time it takes to prepare, pack your order. It does NOT include shipping/transit times. We appreciate your patience. 

How Do I Cancel My Order? 
Please contact us via our "Contact Form" or our "Email Address" to request an order cancellation. If you can contact us within the first 24 hours, we should be able to cancel your order with no issues. However, we cannot guarantee that your order can or will be canceled once the processing has begun. Though we will do our best to meet your requirements! 

How Will My Order Ship? 
We typically use "The United States Postal Service" for 1st Class & Priority Mail Packages. Though other service providers such as FedEx & UPS are available as well as Transit Methods for an additional charge. 

How Long Does Shipping Take?
Transit times can vary wildly depending on many factors; such as time of year (holidays, weekends, etc.), type of package, the weather & origination/destination. 1st Class Shipping within the U.S. can take anywhere from 2-7 business days. However, we cannot guarantee transit times even when selecting an upgraded shipping method since this service is out of our hands. Also, you should know, not even USPS, UPS or FedEx guarantees their transit times.

Please do not confuse shipping/transit times with processing/packaging times. They are two separate services & each can be prioritized for an additional cost eg; Priority Shipping, Overnight Shipping, Expedited Processing, Overnight Processing-each have sperate charges as one is a transit time & the other is the time it takes to prepare your order).

We do offer the occasional coupon code, sale &/or free shipping via our social media accounts, such as "Instagram, Facebook, Twitter," etc. Please subscribe - like - follow us on your favorite social media platform so you will never miss another update, sale or discount again!

We also have a mailing list, if you join our "MBH Newsletter" we promise- we will NOT EVER fill your inbox with junk! Our newsletter provides members exclusive offers which are not shared anywhere else. Our newsletter has only gone out a few times in the past three years. We DO NOT LIKE SPAM & we believe you probably don't like spam & utterly useless emails either.
